Showing Love to Seniors
On March 28th, the Hawthorn Parents' Guild is organizing a service trip to visit the senior citizens of Waterview Hills in Purdys, NY. If you are interested in performing a musical selection, reciting a poem, working on an art project, or simply tagging along to visit with the elderly, please RSVP to hawthornparentsguild@gmail.com. Both clubs will run through to the first week of June, so Cross Country will end on Monday June 2nd and Rugby on Tuesday June 3rd. The Cross Country Club will meet on grounds at the Hawthorn School and the Rugby Club will meet at the side entrance to the Boys' Wing and walk over to the Bedford Memorial Park together.
